Agreement Date: This agreement is made on [Date], between MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC www.mobilestargames.com and the Client (referred to as "Client"). The Client agrees to contract MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC for the use of the GAME BUS mobile star games under the following terms and conditions: Return Period: The required deposit ($200.00) is non-refundable, except when MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC cannot fulfill the service as agreed. If the party cannot take place for any reason, we can reschedule the date up to 3 months after the original date, subject to availability in our schedule. Payment Agreements: The Client acknowledges the $200.00 deposit already paid with a debit or credit card for this event. The remaining payment must be settled in cash on the event date. If the Client prefers to pay with a card, an additional $10 USD charge will apply. Other Agreements: The Client consents to guests inside the game bus playing a variety of video games. If there's a specific game the Client does not want to be used during the event, inform our game coach before starting. MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC is authorized to connect to the Client's router if the WiFi signal is suboptimal in the event area. The Client permits our team to capture photos and videos for advertising on our social networks and website. If the Client does not agree, please notify us before the event begins. Consumption of drinks or food inside the bus is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a $250 cleaning fee automatically charged. The Client must provide adequate space for parking the bus (approximately 28 feet long). If parked on grass or pavement, MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC is not responsible for any potential damage caused by the bus's weight. The game bus is equipped with security cameras, and all activities are recorded for the safety of participants and our team. Cancellation Policy: Failure to read and sign this agreement will result in the automatic cancellation of the event, leading to the forfeiture of the deposit. Additional Disclaimer: MIAMI V&R MULTISERVICES LLC cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur to children or adults within or around the video game truck. Motion Sickness Clause: Motion sickness can occur with any virtual reality device and is often related to the type of virtual reality content and artificial locomotion. With Playstation VR 2, factors contributing to motion sickness may include the persistent brightness of OLED screens and Sony's reprojection technology. When using PlayStation®VR2, there are several precautions and care guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience: 1. **Read the User Manual**: Start by thoroughly reading the user manual provided with the PlayStation®VR2. This will familiarize you with its features and usage guidelines. 2. **Setup in a Safe Environment**: Ensure that you have a clear, open space for gameplay. Remove any obstacles or hazards to prevent accidents. 3. **Clean the Lenses**: Before use, clean the VR headset lenses with a microfiber cloth to remove any smudges or dust. Do not use abrasive materials that can scratch the lenses. 4. **Adjust Properly**: Adjust the headband and straps to fit comfortably on your head. A snug fit prevents the headset from slipping during gameplay. 5. **Take Breaks**: Prolonged use can cause eye strain and discomfort. Take regular breaks to rest your eyes and avoid overexertion. 6. **Stay Hydrated**: Wearing the VR headset can make you lose track of time. Remember to stay hydrated, especially during longer gaming sessions. 7. **Avoid Nausea**: Some people may experience motion sickness in virtual reality. If you start feeling nauseous, take a break and resume when you feel better. 8. **Cable Management**: Ensure that the headset's cables are properly managed and not tangled to prevent tripping or damaging the cables. 9. **Cleanliness**: Keep the headset and controllers clean. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down surfaces. Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaning solutions. 10. **Temperature**: Store and use the PlayStation®VR2 in a temperature-controlled environment. Extreme temperatures can affect performance and lifespan. 11. **Safety of Others**: Be aware of your surroundings. While using VR, you might not be fully aware of what's happening in the real world. Avoid accidents by ensuring others are aware of your VR activities. 12. **Age Restrictions**: Adhere to the age restrictions provided by Sony for using PlayStation®VR2. It is not recommended for very young children. 13. **Charging**: Keep the controllers charged and follow the charging guidelines in the manual. 14. **Software Updates**: Keep the PlayStation VR software up to date by installing the latest updates when prompted. This helps ensure compatibility and fixes any issues. 15. **Secure Headset and Accessories**: Store the headset and accessories in a safe place when not in use. This prevents accidental damage or misplacement. By following these precautions and guidelines, you can enjoy your PlayStation®VR2 safely and prolong its lifespan.
